Bad business practices. The online system wants too much personal info to "Check-in". They don't take appointments, which makes my wait time too unpredictable. I got a good hair cut just stopping in one day, thought I'd schedule another cut, but too much drama - esp. after the calling and hearing all about what they don't do. If you do want to accommodate what your customers request/need - I predict you will be marginalized and eventually fail. Too bad, the inital experience with the stylist was very positive, but have it your way and I'll take my business elsewhere.

Used debit card on 10/21 and was offered various tip amounts starting at 30%. Why no 20%? Hand entered $5 and asked for email receipt which never arrived. Looked on bank records and see $8.00 was added to $20 haircut. How can this happen? 40% tip for 10 minute haircut is ridiculous.
